Small change that I think you should make, I was curious whether this stopped the spectator window some hacks have, and in it's current state it doesn't. I checked
AimTux and it seems like it just reads m_hObserverTarget, so if you hook SetTransmit when the admin is in stealth it won't show on their spectator menu anymore
