What version
SM you have ?
Have you set SM language from core.cfg recently ?
But you should install/update again your sourcemod.
Make sure you have shutdown server during this installation.
If you can't shutdown server temporary, uninstall
MMS.
Move
...addons/metamod.vdf file one folder up and reboot server.
After installation remember move that file back and reboot server.
To update and not lose your configurations and admin list.
Update only these folders:
