Yes if you start record manually using tv_record command
First create empty folder
demo in game root (example counter strike ...cstrike/
demo)
Then using rcon
rcon tv_record demo\demoname
I think if you are using
tv_autorecord 1 on server what start record demos all the time after map changes.
It doesn't work, it will automatically record demos in game root.
