okey my devil server found way to cheat on this. at 1st of everymap start they join fast to a team (by space) and flip 100% win chance anyway to fix that ?

my idea was to make cvar. 30 sec untill u can make 1st flip after every map change (i dont know if that helps)

(i am not sure if that information correct thou as i havent tested it)
