You have probably set your URL redirect incorrectly. Try this one instead: http://217.77.26.97:8012/l4dstats/ (it's yours btw )

The ranks update "periodically". You can set the minimum update time in your config.php. By default I think it is 60 minutes or so (?) which means the ranks update the next time a client reads your website after that period has ended.... something like that.
