Moved to SourceBans / SourceBans++ , please pay more attention to where you post, instead of sending everything to Scripting.

When adding admins in SourceBans, you are entering a Steam ID and a name.

When someone places a ban from that particular Steam ID (in-game), the admin id of that particular Steam ID will be attached to the ban, and can later be used for looking up admin name, such as e.g. when people are visiting your SourceBans web panel.

If SourceBans has a ban set with e.g. admin id 1337, but admin 1337 has been deleted, then it has also lost the reference towards any actual name, and won't be able to show any name for that particular ban any more.

If you have added admins elsewhere (e.g. not using SourceBans), and one of these admins are placing a ban, and there therefore are no match in the SourceBans database (steam id -> admin id), then these bans will show up on your SourceBans installation as "CONSOLE" (under the condition that you haven't deleted that default "CONSOLE" account from your SourceBans installation, typically holding the fictive "STEAM_ID_SERVER" Steam ID).

Given the sentence above, it really makes sense to use SourceBans for what it was build for, to administer all admins AND bans on your server, and not be adding admins from elsewhere, - to make sure every reference is kept nice and tidy everywhere.
