so at the end the problem was zoomed to 2 things.

1. the enum line wasnt indexed
2. the function some douchebag created "DarMatricula" which is "SetVehicleNumberPlate" but badly translated was causing the display problem in game when i switched 2 the og function it worked perfectly.
