i tried to use it with an hl2dm_mod on a dedicated server but metamod says Attempted to create unknown entity type event_queue_saveload_proxy! [ with others plugins also ] and i have no menu

i used it with css latest on listenserver but i can only see first menu , whatever choice no second windows
edit : untill i used rc1 with cfg from rc2 .
it changes menu2 according to menu1 but html page stays the same

at least the size of rc2 = size of rc1

edit : i tested with another hl2mp_mod on a dedicated server and i do not have the error . rc2 does not work but when i use rc1 with cfg from rc2 : i see a small square grey , i typed 1 1 and modt_screen was here with the page can not be displayed from iexplorer
