It's a host. Some players have fast download and some of them have slow download.
As we tested 3 people, the result was that when you enter the server from laptop works fine and when you enter the server from pc the download is slow.

I never find that problem before. I've sent a ticket to the host service and they told me that everything works fine for them, tested O_o
