there is a player in my store who for me (root) has invisible chat

if i do fakesay on him i can see the chat, hes chat is completely invisible but other players can hear him, i un equip everything on loadout on my own profile. still hes chat is invisible. if i remove store to disabled plugins i can see hes chat so i know its store. (he un equip everything, changing to empty loadout both of us. still i cant see hes text chat.)

if he uses admin chat or throws grenades or uses any of that i can see hes name. but when he types normaly i cant. and he has nothing equipped from the store and other users can see him but i cant. and its nothing in error logs.
