well i wanted to post there but i wasn't sure if this comes from deathrun plugin, i tested today (reinstallled server) and also tested xPaw version and this one
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=286362 and still in 1st round when first ct dies it says Game Commencing and restart server, any idea why? (i had no plugins after reinstall, only defaults ones)
