The build script is kind of cryptic, I should work on making it more usable, but the steps to compile the file are there.

Also, it'd be great if you could provide more info about the issue, like plugins loaded and logs, like the previous guy did, I just didn't respond because he didn't bother to read the error messages (he just needed to install the tf2items extension).
