a config "new_weapons_crossfire.ini" exists in the folder addons/amxmodx/configs/ with the following line:

i have restart the server and try also to change the map but the "medikit item" do not change what is the mistake?
simple !

you are replacing w_medkit.mdl with mkit.mdl

You have forget to add w_ in your custom model!

rename your custom model to w_mkit.mdl
