I can confirm that the ribbon is textured
I did find one error when trying to load the boss. In
Code:
materials\models\workshop\player\items\scout\jul13_koolboy\
It appears these textures arent in
Code:
materials\models\player\female_scout\
Which is spitting errors in my server that these textures arent in their right place and aren't being downloaded to my game.
The simple fix is just moving these files to materials\models\player\female_scout\
