Yes, you can become an admin. Just edit the uaio_admins.ini and enter ur nick or ip in a line like this:

admin "nick/ip" "grp_vote_typeS grp_good_typeS grp_evil_typeS grp_misc_typeS"

replace nick/ip with your nick or IP
I tried this and it doesn't seem to work. Any updates or new things to do?
