Would anyone have code or a link to convert a steamID64 (Community ID) to a SteamID3 one?

For Example:
66561198045115849 => [U:1:12850121]

Side note: I don't want the older style 32-bit version (STEAM_0xxxxxx)


I have found quite a few examples to convert to the older version, can anyone help with the current ID3 conversion? Thanks in advance!
