So they said that CSDM can't be used with Zbot because of liblist.gam(or anything else) right?...but luckily, I found out a way, which you can smoothly run CSDM with Zbot, and even AMX Mod X with so much stuff!
Here is what you need:

That is! Extract 2 items, move all the things you extracted from a mod pack to the folder contain cstrike of CS Digital Zone.
