It's not "I don't know." what I said was "not sure what the numbers meant in the image."

Anyways, after hours of searching, I found these. It's not exactly what I wanted but, it's similar.

For bomb missions.
Hud in-game that shows:
Won rounds for Terrorists | The current on-going round | Won rounds for Counter-Terrorists
Altogether at the top-middle of the screen.
This is what I wanted but, It's missing something like showing the remaining surviving Terrorists and Counter-Terrorists, but this alone gets the job done either way.

I have contacted the modder on date 11/27/2020 for their .sma sources, but I didn't get any response, he didn't get to see my message either.
I will provide my link references on where I got the plugins.

I doubt that he have the .sma files though, I will still try to get a response from him.
While that's still in progress, I decompiled the two plugins using
https://headlinedev.xyz/lysis, it's not meant to be recompiled back (recompiling will fail), but it's good enough to know how it works for now.
