Description: Trying to support colors for all source games.
Credits to: multicolors, colors, morecolors, colorlib creators.
For CSS, TF2, HL2DM, DODS, you can use any hex colors in translations. Example {#919191} or {#BA78D4}.
For other games, there's a list with all available colors.
{$team} color works in CPrintToChat function and
the chat sound is disabled. For CS:GO, the purple color doesn't work anymore, but you have {$orchid}.
In CPrintToChat_Ex function
the chat sound is enabled. I will add a paramater to enable/disable it.
I will come up with the rest of the functions (CShowActivity etc.).
