I dunno, I'm at the point that I can usually intuitively see whether or not a plugin is worthy of approval. I find that whenever I spend more time on anything in particular, it doesn't really help and I just arrive at the same conclusion as I did with a quick glance.
It would be nice if someone else helped, though. The problem is that I don't think anyone is up for it.
By the way, I'm not listed there, but I'm fairly sure I can vouch for people.
