I got it working. I pause and unpause plugins for certain maps. For some reason because vipmod was paused for all other maps, when I switched to an AS map and unpaused the plugin in the as.map cfg, VIPmod wasn't working. Now I don't pause VIPmod for any maps. So when it switches to a AS map everything works fine.
