When a player will an enemy he will get a power up: like Speed, Armor, Health!
Its a simple Plugin its have dont any cmd's!
Just put the smx file in your plugin folder and the .sp file in your scripting folder!
Its work for Half-Life 2 Deathmatch but i think its work for CSS too!
