I have removed your token (sv_setsteamaccount from server.cfg).

I suggest you revoke the token and re-create a new one, especially given that your token has been exposed for almost 3 hours.

As for the information already posted, there is no conclusive information yet regarding what the issue may be.

Something does however look like there are connectivity issues, so I suggest you check with your network administrator to ensure that there are no firewalls blocking your traffic.
