9 hours passed and the percentage of progress is 0.36983024691358% That's why you didn't see the yellow progress bar.
About the second bug, tables should be responsive to screen resolution. In this case, sourcebans gets the list from a function which not stored in themes files. I forgot to add
div.table-responsive element those tables. I'll fix it soon.
