E noise. You mean auto-parachute?
Couple options that I am aware of.
This one is a steam cloud like a hoover craft and goes underneath player.
It is very simple, automatic, and cannot be shot down. I call it null parachute it is so tiny. Stealthy.

The cvar
parachute_health 75
Make it 0 or make it real high to avoid being shot down.
