I have tried to find any plugin that changes the name of a player who has played before on the Server with a different name

I want that the plugin saves the name of a player who joined the server for the first time and when changing the name that it will change the name when the player reconnects with a different name then before

The Data of the player names should be saved on a MySQL database

It should also block that you can't change your ingame name by changing it on steam (When changing it on steam that the ingame name won't change also)
