[Inspector Lag]

I recently installed SourceMod to a server I've started running recently and I can't seem to figure out why SMod isn't working. MetaMod is installed but it doesn't recognize SourceMod and I'm not sure what to do about that. Any help on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated (adding me on Steam would be a lot easier to get in touch with me).
