idk how the "command" works in zeph, but it can be 1 of those 2
FakeClientCommand or ServerCommand

in case of ServerCommand
because the server doesn't know who is @me, it will not work

in case of FakeClientCommand
if the client doesn't have the permission to use "sm_hp" it won't work either
