This is file has not been tested, but if you want, you can test it for me.

I quickly typed up a addon for smac that would ban a player after X number of spinhack detections.

Just set smac_spinhack_ban to the number of detections when you want it to trigger a auto-ban. Setting it to 0 or less will disable auto-ban.
