You look yourself on sm_plugins list and search for loaded plugins from the sourcemodpackage that have differant versionnumbers , ex: plugin1 (1.4.0 by AlliedModders) , plugin2 (1.4.5 by AlliedModders) if so you have mixed outdated versions with new versions and this might get you the trouble.....
