I highly doubt that it's any kind of false positive. I've never seen any legit player in CS:S with values remotely as high as -517. I've had multiple players banned in that range, and if you do a simple search on their name, you'll see multiple bans elsewhere (sometimes for Eye Angles as well) and for aimbot/etc, some even come with demos attached.
