It seems like you're not running the core plugin.

Double-check that...
  • The httpx.amxx file is in the plugins folder.
  • You have a file called config/plugins.ini with a line that says "httpx.amxx" in it.
  • The plugin shows up when you write "amxx plugins" or "amx_plugins" in console.
