I know this is a really old plugin, but I like the ideas it has a lot so I wanna see it get fixed up.
The problem I find with this is that anything that modifies speed (like speed boost and mannpower runes) do nothing to change how fast spy moves. I doubt OP will be around to update this so if anyone else has the time and knowhow to fix it I would greatly appreciate your efforts.
Also I noticed that I have to change the speed value in the source to match up with spy's post meet your match speed change so updating that for this hypothetical update is no brainer.
