Heh, nearly forgot, ADMIN_ADMIN access is required to set/unset it on a person (as for the laggy-ness involved)
This is really just a gimmick for when you get bored, also good for testing models
cause yeah, its pretty hard to aim when in third person view, and of course the lag factor
