I don't think the problem is fixed yet, BAIL. Yesterday I had 1 PM Notification (and no new ones in my inbox) and today I had 3 in the notification but no actual new PM's.
I did the select all and mark as read thing, and it worked. So the problem is solved for me, but as GHW_Chronic mentioned, those who don't see this thread might still be freaking out. I almost PM'd ya BAIL, but decided to search about this first
