I have no idea, I rely on HPK light and hope for the best, its working. For me personally, there are too many cfg's in this one and apart from that I don't understand half of them.

People that go above my max with HPK are kicked after 3 checks.
My servers are 550 miles away in the next state so I rely on the fact that hpk works and I dont have to worry. I have no short answers for you.
