Admin Powers: Set Soldier Rage Amount 1.0

Description:
This plugin allows admins with kick flag to set soldiers rage amount. (Buff Banner)
Flag can be changed on line 36.

Commands:

• sm_setrage
  Usage: <#userid|name> <amount>
  Gives rage amount to indicated player
• sm_rgme
  Usage: <amount>
  Gives rage amount to you
  
• sm_autorage
  Usage: <#userid|name> <amount>
  Gives rage amount to indicated player on spawn
  (if he still is a soldier)
  

ConVars:

• sm_setrage_enable - Enable/Disable Plugin
  0 = Disable | 1 = Enable
  Default: "1" - Enable
• sm_setrage_chat_notify - Chat Notifications
  (0 = Off | 1 = Target | 2 = All)
  Default: "1" - Target
• sm_autorage_chat_notify - Chat Notifications for Auto-Rage
  (0 = Off | 1 = Target | 2 = All)
  Default: "1" - Target
