The same way as always really: put the .amxx plugin file into the plugins folder and then add the plugin name with the .amxx file extension into your plugins.ini configuration file. Change map to apply changes and the plugin should be working if you have done this correctly.

In your amxx.cfg file, change map and then your bots should have hats on.
