You should NEVER replace a model by using the same name, EVER. Nobody will ever download the new version and you're likely to cause different players to see/have different models in the same game.

The ZTMP file is automatically generated by the server, you should ignore it.

To change your parachute model, you have to give your new parachute model a unique name and then update the plugin to use that new model.
