Improved saxton, modified to work with the BvB mode. Test it and report (the plugin was packed with a lot of unnecessary stuff).
It was mostly replacing the FF2_GetBossTeam calls with GetClientTeam(bossIdx).

Edit: Just found this.
Did the same steps and uploaded there.
