1. the model I've got for her came from here:
TF2 Server Playermodels (I've got permission from him to use them)
2. You forgot to change this:
"model" "models/freak_fortress_2/cirno/cirnov2.mdl"
into this:
"model" "models/custom/player/cirno/cirno_v2.mdl"
