You can use whatever you want...
But more than 100 isn't needed, because 100*14 is already 1400 and that would also kill people with heroes that gives 1000hp... As long as you don't have heroes with 10000 hp or more, you don't need high numbers for it...
And it's also no fun, if it's too high and a one hit kill, so don'T set it too high ;)
