Anyways, because this is an "exact clone" (no, not really) of the 'unique plugin' I made for my servers (I mean, you even used the same default values, commands and concept :/), here's the source code for mine:

Don't mind the huge hardcoded dictionary there. Wasn't supposed to be released to begin with, never bothered to make a config file.
RealRandomInt was borrowed from SMLib.
