Its not good for bhopping unless you're using autobhop.
However you can sgs (standup-groundstrafe) insane speeds with high fps without any macros if you have some skill.
With groundstrafe macros obviously it's worse.
If you want to avoid this you can just install a cvar checker.
I'm sure there are multiple of those here.
You can also check clients fps with a plugin.
