Base SCXPM has not been maintained since a 2008 and also it's extremely inefficient. (Timer and toggling godmode on and off for Dodge Attack...) Original author is also no longer around AM.
I'm pretty sure there's an upgraded version in New Plugin Submissions. I'd advice anyone against using this plugin and use the one I mentioned instead. Or at worst, Wrd's SCXPM fork which is somewhere around this thread.
