hleV, tell me please, what settings you chose when you converted this sounds, I used:

Sampling Rate: Same as Input
Bits per Sample: Same as Input
Channels: Mono

But sound quality after convertion is very bad =(
I tryed many setting but it makes same quality.
Please, I really need your help!
