sup guys i need your help

i have in my PC Windows 7 64 and i just bought a cs 1.6 steam game and when i wanted to play using OpenGL the game become so slow really slow af and i can't even move but when i use Software it works fine with no lag but sh*t video graphic please give me a solution and thank you in advance
