Team Attack: Say Sorry / Forgive

Description:
This plugin allows player to forgive and say sorry a team attack. If a player doesn't say sorry or forgive, the team attacker will get penalty points. During a specific time the attacker can't say sorry -> +2 penalty points.
The penalty points are resettet during mapchange and disconnect.

Installation:
Put the ta.fss.phrases.txt into your translation folder and the ta_forgive.smx into your plugins folder.
Important CVAR's:
sm_ta_fss_enable 1 // 0 - disable the plugin | 1 - enable the plugin
sm_ta_fss_forgive 1 // 0 - diasable the forgive menu | 1- enable it
sm_ta_fss_saysorry 1 // 0 - diasable the say sorry menu | 1- enable it
sm_ta_fss_points_limit 8 // the maximum penalty points. One more and the player gets punished
sm_ta_fss_punishmode 1 // 0 - Kick | 1 - Ban
sm_ta_fss_bantime 5 // Bantime (minutes) , only if sm_ta_fss_punishmode = 1
sm_ta_fss_saysorrysound "vo/npc/female01/sorry01.wav" // ...
sm_ta_fss_timebeteewnattacks 10.0 // Number of sconds between the repopup of the menu is allowed
sm_ta_fss_manicompatible 0 // 1 - The forgivemenu won't popup if the victim dies. 0 - Popup normally.
