I've fixed this, along with a bunch of other issues.
Changes:
Rather than 'Hide Tag' being under the 'Tag Color' Section, it is now on the main menu.
Players with permissions spawn in with tags and set to default color.
Made it so tags can be hidden even without enabling tag colors
Cleaned up menu handler
