Are you sure this file exists in the right location? See carefully and if the file is still there, re-open the file and save it again through Windows Notepad as a ANSI encoded text file. You can do this in
Notepad >
File >
Save As dialog.
Also make sure that file can be read by the system, if you have
WinSCP, go to that file location and right click on that file >
Properties >
Permissions > Put a tick on "
R" for all 3 users.
Also I think those modules will be automatically loaded if you have a plugin requesting for it, even though you wrote it in modules.ini file or not. I just have "cstrike" module in my file.
